New Partnership Agreement

In its continued push to expand its presence throughout South East Asia, Global Green International (GGI) signed a formal partnership agreement with SMCS RISK.

The partnership, Green Energy Investments Mekong (GEI Mekong) will focus on building renewable energy projects in the Mekong countries, with a primary focus on building waste-to-energy plants in Cambodia, where improving waste issues and electricity shortages are a development goal for the Cambodian Government.

SMCS Risk, which will hold a 40% share in the partnership, is a leading business solutions company and has been based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia since 2006.

GEI Mekong will conduct feasibility study’s initially to identify provincial areas that have waste and energy issues.
