In its first major project for Australia, GGI today signed an agreement with Australian company BioPlant, to supply waste-to-energy technology to BioPlant for its WTE Project in Dandenong South, Victoria.
With an expected commission date of December 2018, GGI will provide one Hybrid pyrolysis plant to BioPlant who will be processing 40 tons of MSW per day collected by the local Dandening council.
The modular hybrid plant will produce outputs of both electricty and diesel, with 2MW of electricty and 10,000 litres of EN590 Grade syn-diesel produced every day.
"We are very excited to sign an agreemnet with BioPlant. We aim to build numerous pyrolysis plants right across Australia over the coming years and help councils deal with the ever increasing waste problems." said Allan Clarke, Chairman of GGI.
