Dandenong

This modular Hybrid plant will produce outputs of both electricity and diesel.

Global Green International Investments subsidiary company Bioplant Limited and its investment partners have entered into an agreement to purchase an existing industrial warehouse and a vacant parcel of land in Thomas Murrall Drive in Dandenong South, Victoria. The pre-treatment equipment is designed sort over 50 tons of MSW (waste) per day and the plant will process 21 tons of the dried and sorted MSW per day via a single Hybrid unit. The modular Hybrid plant will produce outputs of both electricity and diesel. The electricity outputs will be delivered from a 2Mw heat drive Meidensha turbine and the diesel production will be by the way of cooling and refining the syn-gas into a renewable diesel fuel to EN-590 standards.

The total outputs of the plant:

Electricity @ 2Mw (48,000 Kw per day)

This is equivalent to supplying power to 1,500 homes. Diesel fuel outputs: EN-590 Diesel @ 10,000 Litres per day.

Special activities

Bioplant Limited is currently building 1 x GGII pyrolysis modular Hybrid plant, inclusive of associated buildings and grid connections. The pre-treatment equipment is designed sort over 40 tons of MSW per day and the plant will process 21 tons of the dried and sorted MSW per day via a single Hybrid pyrolysis plant. The modular Hybrid plant will produce outputs of both electricity and diesel. The electricity outputs will be delivered from a 2MW waste heat drive Turbine. The diesel production will be by the way of cooling and refining the syn-gas into a renewable diesel fuel to EN-590 standards.

Benefits

This is equivalent to supplying power to 1,300 homes and saving 20,000 Tons of GHG emissions, which is equal to taking 4,300 cars of the road.
